I have learned this the hard way. Looking back, I realize that I started my business from a place of lack of clarity, not really knowing what my niche was and whom did I want to serve, and without a clear direction. And so, I hustled during the first 3 years in business and progressed very slowly.
Slow progress can be really painful and frustrating and this is the main reason why many new solopreneurs throw in the towel.

I am Berta, a personal coach for Luxury Lifestyle Brand Owners with a mission to help them find the long lost freedom and fulfilment and start leading from within with a different belief system.
With a 20 year career in HR and working with leading luxury fashion brands like Burberry, Christian Dior and Michael Kors, I know the dark side of "success" and the work that needs doing when you have created a professional reality which is not giving you the fulfilment it once did.
During my corporate years, I learned that "success" can come at a high price. Long working hours, poor work-life balance, unprecedented stress & pressure and not being in control of my own life took its’ toll and forced me to reassess my whole life and career. I realised I had been chasing an idea of success which wasn’t really mine. A senior role in a big fashion brand was successful to others, but not to me.
I then started my entrepreneurial journey back in 2016 with the creation of a boutique HR consultancy firm which provided HR services to emerging Luxury Brands. Over the years, this evolved into a Career Coaching business which was supporting well accomplished fashion professionals to re-invent by helping them to define and pursue their next best career chapter.
Today, my mission is to support Luxury Lifestyle Brand owners re-define success and find fulfilment. I use the VRAI method and fuse my background in business psychology and success coaching along side the business acumen acquired through the 20 years in Luxury Fashion to bring the desired results to my clients.
