Hi! I'm Berta-Career Fulfillment Coach, Founder of BMS Coaching & Creator of

I re-invented from being a senior HR executive in the Fashion industry to being a business owner back in 2016 after I had been struggling and feeling very unhappy with my job for a long time.
After some deep work, I realised FREEDOM is one of my core values and my corporate career wasn’t allowing me to have much of it. I longed to be more present for my children, for myself, and for all those significant people who I so much treasure in my life.
I wanted to choose when & where I worked and who I spent my working hours with.
So, after much heartache, I pulled the trigger and I haven’t looked back since!

Up leveled my coaching expertise through certification in Applied Neuroscience.

Got my ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

Created The Janus, my flagship Coaching Program through which I have supported hundreds of professionals to re-invent their careers whilst having a lot of fun in the process.

Supported senior leaders to transition and step into brand new chapters with the flow and ease through my 1:1 coaching.

Been recognised as the “go-to person” in my niche by being featured in online publications such as Thrive Global, The Talented Ladies Club, We are the City, COACH Magazine, and HRZone.

Built a powerful network of like-minded individuals that inspire me and support me every step of the way.
And all this whilst building a successful business that gives me the financial freedom to sustain my lifestyle and the flexibility to spend time in Barcelona, London and Dubai (where I have roots) and be present for my children.
